About AiStudio
AiStudio is a Dubai-based AI services firm building production AI systems for financial institutions managing $30BN across the Middle East, Europe, and the UK. Small team, active portfolio, strong pipeline - now building the delivery muscle for our next phase.
The Role
The AI Strategist owns delivery at AiStudio. You run the cadence that turns client engagements into shipped outcomes - driving parallel projects to close and partnering with founders on client strategy. You'll also build the internal AI playbook - turning how we work into SOPs that our internal AI tool can execute. Senior, high-ownership, with a clear path into a leadership seat as we scale.
What You'll Own
- Delivery across the portfolio - parallel projects, each with timelines, milestones, and quality bars
- The weekly operating rhythm - sprint planning with founders, clearing blockers with engineering
- Client engagement health - joint ownership of key relationships & project updates
- Internal operating systems - the tooling, SOPs, and AI workflows that let us scale delivery without scaling headcount
- Cross-functional coordination - keeping developers, designers, and partners moving
What You'll Build Toward
This is the foundation of AiStudio's delivery function. You'll shape how we structure pods and hire delivery talent. The right person grows into a Director of Delivery or Head of Operations seat in 18-24 months.

- Delivery instinct - you've worked on complex projects and know what slips, and how to prevent it
- Commercially aware - you optimise for delivery and commercial outcomes together
- AI-fluent operator - you use AI to compress your own work, and you can codify a process well
- Comfortable in ambiguity - you bring structure without bureaucracy
Experience
- 3-5 years in delivery, engagement management, or operations - consulting, agency, or a fast-growing services firm
- Exposure to technology, AI, or data projects - you partner well with engineers
Compensation & Growth
Senior India-market compensation, benchmarked to leading consulting and operator roles. Reports directly to the founders.
