Role Summary
At Nomad Pizza, we’re looking for an AI Specialist who can train corporate office teams to effectively use AI in their daily work—helping reduce turnaround time, improve quality, and streamline workflows. You will also identify and implement AI-driven automation opportunities across office and field operations to maintain service standards and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Train teams on practical AI applications (emails, reports, analysis, SOPs, documentation, communication, meeting notes).
- Develop role-based AI playbooks, prompt libraries, templates, and SOPs.
- Identify repetitive or high-effort tasks and redesign them using AI + automation.
- Build lightweight AI workflows (chat assistants, document automation, knowledge bases, etc.).
- Collaborate with Ops, Finance, HR, Sales, and Support teams to track productivity gains.
- Establish AI governance policies (data privacy, usage guidelines, access control).
- Monitor adoption, conduct workshops, and provide ongoing coaching.
- Evaluate AI tools/vendors and manage pilot-to-rollout processes.

Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in AI enablement, automation, business process improvement, or analytics.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT/LLMs, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Claude).
- Strong training and facilitation skills (non-technical audience).
- Ability to map processes and design practical workflows.
- Understanding of data privacy and responsible AI usage.

- Experience with automation tools (Power Automate, Zapier/Make, Apps Script, Python).
- Experience building chatbots, knowledge bases, or document processing pipelines.
- Background in operations-heavy environments with field staff coordination.
