About the Role:
We are hiring an AI Implementation Specialist to help integrate AI tools and systems across the Indian Farmer organization.
This role focuses on identifying opportunities where AI can improve workflows, implementing the right AI tools, and training teams on how to use them effectively in their daily work.
The role is responsible for ensuring that AI adoption leads to higher productivity, better decision-making, and improved operational efficiency across teams.
This is a high-ownership role requiring curiosity, experimentation, and the ability to simplify AI tools for non-technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
AI Tool Implementation:
Identify, evaluate, and implement AI tools that improve productivity across teams including content, operations, support, and marketing.
Workflow Optimization:
Analyze existing workflows and introduce AI-powered solutions to automate repetitive tasks and streamline processes.
Team Enablement & Training:
Train team members on how to effectively use AI tools (such as ChatGPT, automation tools, research assistants, etc.) and create clear usage frameworks for daily work.
AI Playbooks & SOPs:
Develop step-by-step AI playbooks, internal guides, and SOPs so teams can consistently use AI tools without dependency.
Experimentation & Innovation:
Continuously research and test new AI tools and technologies that can improve productivity, content creation, research, analytics, and internal operations.
System Integration:
Assist in integrating AI tools with existing platforms and workflows used within the organization.
Documentation & Reporting:
Document AI implementations, maintain knowledge resources, and share a monthly report covering tools implemented, productivity improvements, and recommended next steps.
Qualifications:
Experience: 1–3 years of experience working with AI tools, automation platforms, or technology-driven workflows.
AI Tool Familiarity: Hands-on experience using tools such as ChatGPT, AI productivity tools, automation platforms, or similar technologies.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to identify inefficiencies and design AI-based solutions to improve workflows.
Communication Skills: Strong ability to explain AI tools and workflows in simple language to non-technical team members.
Documentation Skills: Comfortable creating clear SOPs, training material, and step-by-step guides.
Curiosity & Continuous Learning: Strong interest in experimenting with new AI tools and staying updated with emerging technologies.
Organization & Ownership: Reliable, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of systems that impact team productivity.
