Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for an AI Specialist – Marketing & Sales. The role involves leveraging AI tools and techniques to enhance marketing strategies and optimize sales processes. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, developing data-driven marketing strategies, improving sales pipelines, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to implement AI-based solutions that drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Experience in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to analyze market trends and develop business strategies.
- Proficiency in Sales techniques to enhance client acquisition and manage sales pipelines effectively.
- Analytical thinking and ability to apply AI tools to marketing and sales processes.
- Proven ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with AI and machine learning applications in marketing and sales is a strong advantage.
