Job Description: AI Solutions Senior Consultant
Position Overview
We are seeking Senior Consultant with 5–7 years of experience in IT consulting to drive AI strategy and solutioning for enterprise customers. The ideal candidate holds an MBA or Engineering degree from a Tier-1/Tier-2 college in India and possesses excellent communication skills. Technology Consulting experience with a Big 4 or similar consulting firms will be desirable.
No deep AI expertise required upfront. We are looking for a fast learner with strong problem-solving skills who can grow into AI over time. We will provide structured training, mentorship, and real-world opportunities to build AI capabilities while you deliver value to clients from day one.
This role supports both strategic AI roadmap development and pre-sales/engineering solutioning during the sales cycle, enabling our team to win and deliver high-impact AI projects.
Key Responsibilities
AI Strategy & Roadmap
- Collaborate with enterprise customers to assess their needs and define enterprise AI roadmaps aligned with business goals
- Identify high-value AI use cases across functions (operations, customer experience, supply chain, compliance, etc.)
- Work with technical teams to architect end-to-end AI solutions including data strategy, model selection, and integration with existing systems
- Present strategic recommendations to C-level executives and business stakeholders
Pre-Sales & Solution Engineering
- Lead pre-sales solutioning efforts: create proposals, technical architectures, proof-of-concept (PoC) designs, and ROI analyses
- Partner with sales teams to qualify opportunities, conduct discovery workshops, and articulate AI value propositions
- Develop demo environments, solution decks, and competitive differentiation materials (with technical support as needed)
- Support bid responses, RFPs, and customer presentations with clear business and technical communication
Delivery & Customer Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer engagement lifecycle
- Bridge gaps between sales, delivery, and product teams to ensure solution feasibility
- Learn and grow in AI: Participate in training programs, hands-on workshops, and on-the-job AI projects to build expertise in LLMs, generative AI, and enterprise AI platforms
Education
MBA or Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 college in India (e.g., IITs, NITs, IIITs, top private engineering colleges, or well-ranked MBA programs)
Communication
Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Consulting Skills
Proven experience in client-facing consulting, requirement gathering, solution design, and proposal development
Learning Ability
Strong curiosity and fast-learning mindset; demonstrated ability to quickly master new technologies and domains
Problem-Solving
Analytical thinking with ability to break down complex business problems into structured solutions
Tools
Proficiency with presentation tools (PowerPoint), documentation (Confluence, Word), and diagramming (Visio, Lucidchart); basic understanding of data/SQL is helpful
Technical Comfort
General comfort with technology and willingness to dive deep into AI/ML concepts with training
Optional/A Nice-to-Have (Not Required)
- Any prior exposure to AI/ML concepts, data analytics, or digital transformation projects
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) or AI tools (even basic curiosity)
- Certifications in any technology domain
- Experience in regulated industries (pharma, healthcare, finance)
- Background in LinkedIn networking or professional content creation
