Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of AI-powered solutions across the organization. This role will lead end-to-end AI initiatives—from ideation to production—leveraging machine learning, generative AI, and data engineering to solve complex business problems.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions
- Define AI strategy, architecture, and solution design aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify high-impact AI use cases
- Design and implement scalable AI/ML pipelines and data workflows
- Drive adoption of LLMs, NLP, Computer Vision, and predictive analytics
- Oversee model development, training, evaluation, and deployment
- Ensure responsible AI practices, including security, compliance, and governance
- Lead and mentor data scientists, ML engineers, and data engineers
- Work closely with engineering teams for production deployment (MLOps)
- Stay updated with emerging AI trends and drive innovation initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications:- 12+ years of experience in AI/ML, Data Engineering, or Advanced Analytics
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- Experience with Generative AI (LLMs, LangChain, RAG, vector databases)
- Strong knowledge of data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Spark)
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Proven ability to design and deliver end-to-end AI solutions
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Preferred Skills:- Experience in industry domains (Fintech, Healthcare, SaaS, etc.)
- Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Azure ML)
- Experience with real-time AI/streaming architectures
- Certifications in AI/ML or Cloud platforms
