Role Overview

We are seeking a Head of Solution & Delivery with a strong focus on AI-driven solutions and proven pre-sales leadership experience to drive end-to-end solution architecture and delivery across enterprise clients.

This role requires a strategic leader who can seamlessly bridge business vision and technology execution—combining deep expertise in AI/ML, Full Stack, Data Engineering, and Assurance with the ability to engage stakeholders, craft compelling solutions, and ensure successful delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Pre-Sales

• Architect and design AI-driven solutions including ML, NLP, and Generative AI use cases
• Lead pre-sales engagements: client discussions, solution positioning, demos, and executive presentations
• Drive RFPs/RFIs, proposals, and solution documentation
• Translate complex business challenges into scalable, data-driven architectures
• Design end-to-end solutions across frontend, backend, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
• Develop high-impact customer presentations and solution narratives

Delivery Leadership

• Oversee end-to-end delivery across multiple client accounts
• Ensure alignment between solution design and execution
• Drive quality, timelines, and successful project outcomes
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and delivery teams for seamless implementation
• Establish best practices for scalability, performance, and governance

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture / AI / Technical Consulting
• Strong expertise in AI/ML, NLP, and Generative AI (LLMs, prompt engineering)
• Proven experience in Pre-Sales and client-facing solution roles
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with executive presence
• Technical Expertise
• Full Stack Development (Frontend & Backend)
• Data Engineering fundamentals and architecture
• Quality Assurance & testing frameworks
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Programming: Python and modern frameworks
• Architecture: Microservices, APIs, MLOps, CI/CD pipelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI-driven SaaS or enterprise platforms
