AI Solutions Engineer

The Opportunity

Robosoft is building a structured AI capability that spans the entire organisation. At the centre of that capability is the AI tool stack: the platforms, integrations, and configurations that make AI operational across business functions.

The AI Solutions Engineer owns the tooling layer. This role is responsible for managing our enterprise AI platforms, engineering solutions through our available tooling, integrating AI technically across business functions, and building rapid demonstrations that showcase our capabilities. You are the technical authority on how AI tools are configured, deployed, connected, and used across the organisation.

This is a hands-on engineering role, not a strategy or advisory position. You will build, configure, integrate, and ship. You will work closely with AI Intelligence Engineers who own the business context within each function, translating their requirements into technical solutions. You will also support sales by building demonstration capability that showcases what our AI tooling can deliver.

What You'll Do

1. Enterprise AI Platform Management

  • Own Claude as the primary enterprise AI platform, including organisation-wide deployment, configuration, and ongoing management
  • Manage the Claude ecosystem at scale: connectors, skills, commands, plugins, and enterprise-level settings
  • Ensure platform reliability, monitor usage patterns, and drive continuous improvement of the enterprise deployment
  • Manage access, permissions, and organisational structures within the platform

2. AI Tooling Stack Ownership

  • Own the full AI tooling stack beyond Claude, including CoPilot Studio, Power Platform, and other complementary tools
  • Determine which tool solves which problem, maintaining clarity on where each platform fits within the overall architecture
  • Evaluate new tools and capabilities as they emerge, making recommendations on adoption or retirement
  • Maintain documentation of the overall AI tooling architecture and how components integrate

3. Technical Solutioning and Integration

  • Engineer solutions using the available AI tool stack: automations, workflows, integrations, and connected processes
  • Build and deploy plugins, connectors, and commands that serve business functions
  • Wire systems together across functions, eliminating manual handoffs and creating seamless technical process flows
  • Work closely with AI Intelligence Engineers to translate business requirements into technical builds
  • Monitor deployed solutions for performance, reliability, and adoption, proactively resolving issues

4. Cross-Functional Technical Architecture

  • Work across all business functions to understand their AI tool stacks and technical requirements
  • Build out the technical process flows for AI integration within each function
  • Ensure consistency and interoperability across function-level AI deployments
  • Provide technical guidance to AI Intelligence Engineers on what the toolset can and cannot do

5. Rapid Prototyping and Demo Builds

  • Build demonstrations leveraging the AI tooling stack, with fast turnaround capability to support sales pursuits
  • Use vibe coding and rapid prototyping techniques as a core approach to demo creation
  • Embed demo builds into existing AI workflows and tooling so they are reusable and maintainable, not throwaway
  • Work directly with sales to understand client requirements and translate them into compelling, working demonstrations
  • Maintain a library of demo assets and templates that can be rapidly adapted for new opportunities

Who You Are

Behavioural Traits

  • Technically deep and hands-on: You build things yourself rather than directing others to build them
  • Fast and pragmatic: You can ship a working demo in hours, not weeks, and you know when good enough is good enough
  • Systems thinker: You see how individual tools and integrations connect into a coherent technical architecture
  • Collaborative: You work effectively with non-technical stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Curious and self-driven: You stay at the frontier of AI tooling and bring new capabilities into the organisation proactively

What You Bring

Required Experience

  • 5 to 7 years of technical experience in solutions engineering, technical product management, developer tools, or AI/ML implementation
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with enterprise AI platforms (Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise, M365 Copilot, or similar)
  • Track record of building and deploying integrations, automations, or technical solutions used by business teams
  • Experience working across technical and business functions to deliver solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to rapidly prototype and build working demonstrations using AI tools and vibe coding techniques

Technical Skills (Must-Have)

  • Claude enterprise deployment, plugin and connector development, skills and command configuration (or similar tools in enterprise context)
  • Microsoft CoPilot Studio: building agents, configuring topics, deploying across M365 surfaces
  • M365 integrations: Teams, SharePoint, Outlook
  • Vibe coding and rapid prototyping using AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Windsurf, or similar)
  • Understanding of API integrations, MCP servers & automation orchestration

Technical Skills (Good-to-Have)

  • Power Platform: PowerApps and Power Automate
  • N8N or similar automation platforms
  • AI/ML concepts: LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings
  • Cloud infrastructure basics (AWS)

Location and Logistics

  • Location: Udupi / Bangalore with flexibility for remote work
  • Reports to: CTO
  • Work environment: Hands-on, fast-moving, high autonomy; owns the AI tooling layer that enables the business
