Role: AI / GenAI Solution Architect (Healthcare & Pharma)
We are looking for a highly experienced AI/GenAI Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale AI solutions for healthcare and pharmaceutical clients. In this role, you will drive the development of advanced AI systems, including RAG pipelines, LLM-powered clinical tools, and production-grade ML platforms, enabling real-world impact while ensuring scalability, security, and HIPAA compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver end-to-end AI/ML and Generative AI solutions tailored to healthcare workflows
- Design and implement RAG pipelines, LLM evaluation frameworks, and fine-tuning strategies
- Build, deploy, and optimize training and inference pipelines using AWS Bedrock and SageMaker
- Integrate AI solutions with Epic EMR systems, FHIR APIs, and broader enterprise ecosystems
- Establish and enforce responsible AI practices, including bias detection, explainability, and regulatory compliance
- Lead technical discovery workshops, collaborate with stakeholders, and document decisions through Architecture Decision Records
What We’re Looking For:
- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 3+ years in a solution architecture role
- Hands-on expertise in RAG architectures, vector databases, and LLM orchestration frameworks
- Strong experience with cloud AI platforms such as AWS (Bedrock, SageMaker), Azure OpenAI, or Vertex AI
- Deep understanding of MLOps practices, including model versioning, monitoring, and drift detection
- Prior experience in healthcare AI (clinical NLP, ICD/HCC, FHIR standards) is highly preferred
