THE ROLE - AI Solutions Architect (Remote)
Lead the design and delivery of enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions across healthcare and pharma clients. You'll architect RAG pipelines, LLM-powered clinical tools, and production ML systems — bridging business transformation goals with scalable, HIPAA-compliant AI infrastructure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Architect end-to-end AI/ML and GenAI solutions for healthcare workflows
- Design RAG pipelines, LLM evaluation frameworks, and fine-tuning strategies
- Build inference & training pipelines on AWS Bedrock and SageMaker
- Integrate AI platforms with Epic EMR, FHIR APIs, and enterprise systems
- Establish responsible AI governance: bias detection, explainability, HIPAA compliance
- Lead technical discovery workshops and author Architecture Decision Records
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 8+ yrs in AI/ML with 3+ yrs as solution architect
- Production RAG, vector DB, and LLM orchestration experience
- AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Azure OpenAI or Vertex AI
- Strong MLOps: model versioning, monitoring, drift detection
- Healthcare AI (clinical NLP, ICD/HCC, FHIR) a strong plus
