🧾 Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Architect to lead the design, governance, and implementation of AI-driven enterprise solutions across back-end systems.

This role involves working with CRM, ERP, and iPaaS platforms to build scalable, intelligent, and automated enterprise architectures.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

✔ Design and implement AI-enabled enterprise architecture across CRM, ERP, and integration platforms

✔ Lead system integration initiatives ensuring seamless connectivity

✔ Develop AI/ML solutions such as:

• Agentic AI systems
• LLM-powered workflows
• Predictive analytics
• Intelligent document processing

✔ Implement integration patterns:

• REST / GraphQL APIs
• Event-driven architecture
• ETL / ELT pipelines
• Webhook automation

✔ Collaborate with engineering teams & stakeholders for architecture decisions

✔ Align solutions with Enterprise Technology operating model

🛠️ Required Skills & Experience

✔ 10+ years in enterprise architecture / system integration

✔ Hands-on experience with:

CRM Platforms: Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365

ERP Systems: SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, NetSuite

iPaaS Tools: MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Azure Integration Services

✔ Strong experience in AI/ML implementation in production

✔ Expertise in API integrations & event-driven architecture

✔ Knowledge of automation frameworks & scalable systems

🎯 Preferred Qualifications

✔ Experience with Vector Databases, RAG, AI model fine-tuning

✔ Knowledge of AI governance frameworks (NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act)

✔ Understanding of secure SDLC & data privacy standards

✔ Certifications in AWS / Azure / GCP / Salesforce / NetSuite

✔ Experience in regulated industries (BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing)
