As WeXL AI continues to transform the educational landscape with AI-powered tools like the Bharat
English Test and FluentEdge, we are looking for an AI Solution Expert to bridge the gap between
visionary technology and campus-wide adoption.
Based in Delhi & NCR, you will be the face of WeXL
AI for our onboarded university partners, ensuring that our AI solutions are not just purchased, but
deeply integrated into the academic fabric to drive student career success.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Program Implementation: Lead the deployment of WeXL AI product
s across various university departments, managing the transition from "signed contract" to "active campus usage"
- On-Site Expert Training: Conduct high-impact demos and training sessions for fac
ulty and administrators to ensure they are proficient in using our AI assessment tools.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain high-trust relationships with Registrars and academic leaders, acting as the primary point of contact for operationalizing the par
tnership.
- Solution Customization: Decode specific institutional pain points—such as
English proficiency gaps—and tailor the implementation of our AI solutions to meet those unique needs.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor student engagement and proficiency metrics, p
roviding universities with data-driven insights and regular "health check" reports on program impact.
- Expansion Support: Identify opportunities for multi-campus rollouts or expanding
services from a single product to our full AI suite within existing partners.
- Market Intelligence: Gather real-time feedback from students and faculty to help the
product team refine go-to-market tactics and maintain a competitive edge.
The Ideal Profile
- Experience: 2-4 years in Program Management, Customer Success, or Implementatio
n within the EdTech or SaaS sectors.
- Tech Savvy: A deep passion for AI’s role in education and the ability to explain co
mplex AI solutions in simple, actionable terms.
- Relationship Builder: Proven ability to navigate university ecosystems and build
loyalty among diverse institutional stakeholders.
- Execution Driven: A "0-1" mindset—comfortable building implementation playbo
oks from scratch and scaling them across the region.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region for face
-to-face engagements and on-campus support.
