Position- AI Solutions Engineer

The Vision:
We are looking for solid technical personnel, a "smartie" who can take a business challenge (such as automating complex HR workflows or building intelligent enterprise search) and architect a solution using the world's most powerful AI tools. You should be an engineer who builds with speed, focusing on high-quality logic and using modern technology to solve real-world problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Orchestration: Design and deploy production-ready applications by integrating models from Gemini (Vertex AI), Open AI, and other leading providers.
- Knowledge Retrieval & Intelligent Search: Build advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines. You will implement sophisticated indexing and retrieval using tools like Vertex AI Search, Vector Databases, or similar enterprise search technologies to ensure our systems find the right information with high precision.
- Product Development: Develop end-to-end solutions for various domains, including intelligent HR technology, automated document analysis, and autonomous business agents.
- Prompt & Context Engineering: Craft, test, and optimize complex system prompts. You must be an expert in managing context windows and utilizing function calling to make models execute real-world tasks effectively.
- Technical Leadership: Manage and guide a small team of developers, ensuring timely project delivery and maintaining high standards of code quality and documentation.
- Collaboration: Work with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and refine AI solutions.
Technical Skills We Value:
- Solid Engineering Base: Strong programming skills in Python or TypeScript/Node.js. We care about your ability to build stable, scalable, and secure backends.
- Orchestration Mastery: Proven experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex to build multi-step, stateful workflows.
- Data Architecture: Hands-on experience with Vector Databases (such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or pgvector) and traditional structured data indexing.
- Prompt Expertise: High proficiency in prompt engineering. You know how to structure instructions and context to get deterministic, high-quality outputs from any model.
- Cloud Agnostic Mindset: Familiarity with deploying on GCP (specifically the Vertex AI suite), AWS, or Azure.
