About the Role
We are looking for an experienced AI Solution Architect with 10+ years of enterprise technology experience and a proven track record of architecting and delivering AI solutions at scale. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise across the Microsoft AI ecosystem, strong enterprise architecture capabilities, and hands-on experience building secure, production-ready Generative AI solutions.
You will play a key role in shaping AI strategy, defining scalable solution architectures, establishing AI governance standards, and driving enterprise-wide AI adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions using the Microsoft AI technology stack.
- Define scalable, secure, and production-ready AI architectures aligned with business and technology strategies.
- Design and implement AI applications leveraging Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, Azure Machine Learning, and Microsoft Copilot technologies.
- Lead the design of RAG, AI Agent, and enterprise knowledge solutions.
- Establish AI governance frameworks covering Responsible AI, security, compliance, model lifecycle, and risk management.
- Partner with business leaders, engineering teams, and data stakeholders to translate complex business problems into AI-driven solutions.
- Drive AI architecture reviews, technology standards, and best practices across enterprise programs.
- Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise requirements for scalability, performance, reliability, observability, and cost optimization.
- Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership throughout the solution lifecycle.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Cloud Architecture, or Enterprise Architecture.
- Strong expertise across the Microsoft AI ecosystem, including:
- Azure OpenAI Service
- Azure AI Foundry
- Azure AI Search
- Azure Machine Learning
- Azure Cognitive Services
- Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Microsoft Fabric
- Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
- Proven experience designing and deploying enterprise AI/GenAI solutions into production.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Agents, Semantic Search, Vector Databases, and MLOps.
- Deep knowledge of AI Governance, Responsible AI, AI Security, Data Privacy, Compliance, and Model Governance.
- Hands-on experience with Python, REST APIs, .NET, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native architecture.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and technical leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert and/or Azure AI Engineer certifications.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot implementations and enterprise AI transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or Microsoft Agent Framework.
- TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification is a plus.
