What Is an AI Solution Architect at CallKaro AI?
An AI Solution Architect is a strategic, client-facing role that understands a client's business use case, maps the best-fit AI solution, and presents a clear implementation approach. This person sits between the client, founders, sales, product, and Forward-Deployed Engineers.
The role isn't only about explaining the product. It's about understanding the client's workflow deeply, identifying where Voice AI can create measurable value, designing the right solution, and making sure the implementation team can execute it properly.
What You Will Do
- Understand client use cases, workflows, business goals, and operational bottlenecks
- Map client requirements into AI-powered call flows, automation journeys, escalation logic, and integration needs
- Design the best-fit AI solution based on feasibility, business value, and client expectations
- Present solution approaches clearly to clients and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate with Forward-Deployed Engineers to ensure the solution is implemented correctly
- Review solution performance after deployment and identify improvements
- Document reusable solution patterns so successful deployments can be scaled across clients
What We Look For
Must-Have
- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking
- Ability to understand client workflows and translate them into practical AI solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Working understanding of AI products, LLMs, prompts, APIs, and automation workflows
- Ownership mindset: you care about whether the solution actually works for the client
- Comfort with ambiguity and fast-changing startup priorities
Good to Have
- Experience in solution architecture, consulting, pre-sales, implementation, or product roles
- Exposure to Voice AI, SaaS, CRM systems, WhatsApp API, or telephony products
- Experience working with enterprise or SMB clients
- Ability to create process maps, solution notes, demos, or implementation briefs
