Role Overview
We are looking for a high-impact AI Social Media & Growth Marketing Specialist to build, automate, and scale end-to-end digital marketing engines.
This role goes beyond social media management ,you will own the complete growth funnel, leveraging AI, automation, and performance marketing to drive measurable business outcomes.
Funnel Ownership: Awareness → Engagement → Subscribers → Leads → Nurturing → Conversion
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Social Media Growth & Brand Building
- Lead brand presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube
- Build high-performing content strategies aligned with growth goals
- Drive engagement, authority, and audience growth through campaigns
🔹 YouTube Growth & SEO
- Scale YouTube channel using SEO-driven content strategies
- Optimize titles, thumbnails, tags, and descriptions for reach & retention
- Improve watch time, subscribers, and discoverability
🔹 AI Automation & Marketing Systems
- Implement AI tools for content creation, scheduling, and analytics
- Build automated marketing workflows to improve efficiency and scale
- Reduce manual effort through smart automation systems
🔹 Funnel Marketing & Lead Generation
- Design and optimize conversion-focused funnels & landing pages
- Drive qualified lead generation aligned with revenue goals
- Continuously improve funnel performance and ROI
🔹 Drip Marketing & Lead Nurturing
- Create automated email & messaging sequences
- Build structured lead nurturing journeys across the lifecycle
- Improve lead-to-customer conversion rates
🔹 Content & Creative Strategy
- Oversee creation of posts, videos, carousels, and creatives
- Ensure consistent brand storytelling and messaging
- Repurpose content across platforms for maximum reach
🔹 Performance Marketing & Optimization
- Track and analyze KPIs: reach, engagement, subscribers, leads, conversions
- Use data insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI
