FlashSpace (flashspace.ai) is scaling fast — AI-powered virtual offices across India, expanding to UAE and USA. We need a marketing powerhouse to fuel that growth.
What you'll own:
🎯 Paid Ads — Run and optimize Meta & Google Ads end-to-end. Own CPL, ROAS, budgets, A/B testing, pixel setup, audience optimization.
🎬 AI Content Creation — Generate high-quality videos, reels, and creatives using AI tools (Runway, HeyGen, Pika, Kling, etc.). Build a scalable content pipeline.
📈 Social Media Growth — Grow Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube for FlashSpace and Stirring Minds. Content calendar, organic growth, community building.
You're the one if:
✅ You've run real ad campaigns — and have the numbers to prove it (CPL, ROAS, spend managed)
✅ You've created AI-generated videos or content — not just dabbled
✅ You move fast, iterate faster, and don't wait to be told what to do
