Hiring: AI Social Media Creator
Most people who call themselves "AI creators" need someone standing behind them.
A brief. A nudge. A "hey, where's that?" on Thursday.
I'm hiring the opposite of that person.
Core AI Vision is an AI-first creator studio producing character IP, cinematic UGC, and brand campaigns for clients across the UAE, London, Paris, and Hong Kong and more. I handle the clients. What I need is someone to own a content pillar completely — the prompts, the scripts, the hooks, the captions, the whole output — and hand it to me finished.
Not "here's a first draft." Finished.
Who I'm not looking for:
→ Someone who needs a brief written before they can start
→ Someone who checks in three times before making a decision
→ Someone who thinks marketing is a filter you apply after the creative is done
→ Someone whose best work only happens when someone is watching
Who I am looking for:
→ You've built social media profiles before. Grown one from nothing. You understand attention and retention because you've had to earn both.
→ You understand marketing before you understand aesthetics. You know why a hook works, not just that it did.
→ Your written English is excellent. Scripts, hooks, captions — the words are half the work.
→ You've shipped content that had a commercial job to do. Ideally for clients outside India.
→ You have a creative mind that scares people slightly. You bring ideas I didn't ask for and they're better than mine.
→ You self-direct. You decide, you build, you ship, you tell me after.
Remote-first, occasional travel. ₹40,000+ a month, with real room above it for someone who proves the ceiling wrong.
This is not a content-calendar job. You'll be building things that don't exist yet, with tools that shipped last month.
