Position Overview
We are seeking an AI SEO & Search Optimization Manager who can drive organic growth across Google, AI search platforms, and local search ecosystems while automating repetitive SEO operations.
The ideal candidate should be capable of managing multiple international projects, implementing AI-driven SEO strategies, improving local search visibility, and creating scalable automation systems for SEO operations.
Key Responsibilities
SEO & Organic Growth
- Plan and execute Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, and Off-Page SEO strategies.
- Conduct advanced keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Improve website rankings, traffic, and lead generation.
- Perform SEO audits and resolve technical SEO issues.
- Develop content clusters, topical authority, and semantic SEO strategies.
AI Search Optimization (GEO)
- Optimize content for Google AI Overviews.
- Improve brand visibility across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and emerging AI search platforms.
- Implement Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies.
- Create AI-friendly content structures, FAQs, entities, and schema implementations.
- Monitor and improve AI search visibility and citations.
Local SEO
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles.
- Improve local rankings for multi-location businesses.
- Manage citations, reviews, reputation, and local SEO campaigns.
- Build scalable local SEO systems for multiple clients.
International SEO
- Manage SEO projects targeting USA, Canada, UK, UAE, Australia, and other global markets.
- Implement Hreflang, geo-targeting, and international SEO best practices.
- Conduct country-specific keyword and competitor research.
SEO Automation & AI Workflow Development
- Build automation workflows using AI and automation platforms.
- Automate SEO audits, reporting, rank tracking, competitor monitoring, and content workflows.
- Develop scalable SEO SOPs and automated systems.
- Reduce manual SEO operations through intelligent automation.
