About Asper.ai
Asper.ai builds AI-native enterprise products that help businesses make better commercial decisions at scale. Our work sits at the intersection of analytics, domain intelligence, user experience, and operational execution, with a focus on solving complex decision-making problems in enterprise environments.
We are looking for a Senior AI Product Manager to help shape a new generation of AI-powered enterprise experiences. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys building ambitious products from first principles, translating customer and market needs into usable product experiences, and working closely with cross-functional teams to drive activation, adoption, customization, and continuous refinement.
Role Overview
As a Senior AI Product Manager, you will own critical parts of the product journey across customer discovery, feature definition, experimentation, rollout, adoption, and product documentation.
You will partner closely with AI Engineering, AI Research, Data Engineering, Design, and business stakeholders to build enterprise-grade experiences that are intelligent, usable, and scalable.
This role is especially relevant for product leaders who are excited by the future of search, conversational intelligence, document intelligence, recommendations, workflow systems, analytical applications, and automation, and who want to apply those capabilities in a meaningful enterprise setting.
Key Responsibilities
What You Will Own
Product Strategy and Execution
• Define product requirements and feature priorities aligned with customer needs and business goals.
• Translate product opportunities into clear problem statements, workflows, PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and launch plans.
• Drive feature development from concept to release, balancing speed of execution with long-term product quality.
Activation, Adoption, and Refinement
• Own activation and adoption of newly launched capabilities across customer deployments.
• Work with internal and customer-facing teams to capture usage patterns, feedback, friction points, and enhancement opportunities.
• Lead structured experimentation to improve usability, engagement, value realization, and product-market fit.
• Define success metrics and use product analytics to guide iteration and prioritization.
Customer and Market Understanding
• Conduct feature, workflow, and market research to identify meaningful opportunities across enterprise AI and analytics-driven workflows.
• Synthesize customer needs into product design choices spanning functionality, usability, aesthetics, trust, and scale.
• Contribute to customer-facing product narratives, demos, and documentation that clearly communicate product value.
Cross-Functional Leadership
• Drive alignment across product, design, engineering, and domain stakeholders through crisp documentation and structured decision-making.
• Work with delivery and customer teams to support customization and phased rollout across customers.
Documentation and Product Thinking
• Own and contribute to product and technical documentation with a high bar for clarity and rigor.
• Build strong internal alignment through high-quality PRDs, concept notes, roadmap artifacts, experimentation plans, and synthesis documents.
• Help define how advanced AI capabilities should translate into reliable, explainable, user-facing enterprise product experiences.
What We’re Looking For
• 6–10+ years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS, enterprise analytics, AI products, or data applications.
• Experience building or scaling products in one or more of the following areas: search, recommendations, chatbots or voice bots, analytics products, workflow products, automation systems, or decision-support tools.
• Demonstrated experience owning product documentation and working across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to understand analytical applications and reason about metrics, insights, and decision workflows in enterprise environments.
• Strong analytical judgment, product intuition, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with AI-native or LLM-enabled product experiences.
• Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, product analytics, and user research.
• Exposure to enterprise workflow systems, document-centric experiences, recommendation systems, or intelligent decision-support environments.
• Experience in domains involving planning, pricing, promotions, analytics, or operational decision-making is a plus.
• MBA or equivalent business exposure is helpful
