About the Role
The AI Senior Engineer – Frontier Model Development will lead the design, development, and deployment of next-generation AI models that power JusBook’s intelligent systems. This role focuses on building advanced machine learning and AI-driven capabilities, including predictive intelligence, optimization models, conversational AI, and automation engines.
You will work at the intersection of research and production, transforming cutting-edge AI techniques into scalable, production-ready systems. The role demands strong expertise in model architecture, training pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and real-world deployment within a high-scale SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop frontier AI models tailored to scheduling intelligence and workflow automation.
• Build and optimize large-scale ML/DL models for production deployment.
• Develop model training, evaluation, and experimentation frameworks.
• Work on NLP, predictive analytics, recommendation systems, and optimization engines.
• Lead model performance tuning, scalability, and inference optimization.
• Integrate AI models seamlessly with backend and product systems.
• Drive research-to-production lifecycle for AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to align AI roadmap with business goals.
• Establish best practices for AI architecture, experimentation, and governance.
• Ensure model reliability, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For?
• 10+ years of total engineering experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on AI/ML model building experience.
• Strong expertise in deep learning, NLP, and advanced ML architectures.
• Experience designing and deploying production-grade AI systems.
• Solid understanding of model evaluation, fine-tuning, and optimization techniques.
• Strong programming skills in Python and ML frameworks.
• Experience working in high-scale SaaS or product-based environments.
• Strong problem-solving and research-driven mindset.
• Ability to translate business challenges into AI solutions.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with LLMs, generative AI, and transformer-based architectures.
• Model fine-tuning and prompt engineering expertise.
