We are seeking an experienced and strategic Lead Business Analyst – AI Products to drive requirement discovery, solution definition, and delivery alignment for AI-powered products and platforms.
This role is a combination of individual contribution and team leadership, requiring the candidate to actively work on requirement gathering, stakeholder discussions, solution analysis, documentation, and delivery coordination while also mentoring and guiding the Business Analysis team.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and communication skills, a deep understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, AI/ML, product, design, QA, and business stakeholders.
You will play a key role in translating complex business challenges into scalable AI-driven solutions while establishing strong BA practices and ensuring successful project execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and mentor the Business Analysis team while establishing BA frameworks, documentation standards, workflows, and best practices across projects.
- Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows, and functional specifications.
- Facilitate discovery workshops, stakeholder discussions, requirement elicitation sessions, and solution analysis activities for AI-driven products and platforms.
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, AI/ML, product, design, and business teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and successful solution delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
- Possess a strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, Generative AI, automation workflows, and data-driven systems to effectively align AI solutions with business needs.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), define acceptance criteria, support QA processes, and gather stakeholder feedback for continuous improvement.
- Analyze user feedback, business metrics, KPIs, and A/B testing outcomes to support data-driven decision-making and product enhancement initiatives.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure effective communication of project progress, risks, dependencies, and solution impacts to stakeholders.
- Contribute to business case preparation, solution estimations, ROI discussions, and strategic process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure AI solutions adhere to ethical AI standards, privacy regulations, fairness, transparency, and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrate strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, Agile/Scrum expertise, and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced cross-functional environments.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Exposure to Generative AI, AI Agents, LLMs, or intelligent automation platforms is an added advantage.
- Experience working with enterprise clients or SaaS products.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Notion, Miro, or similar collaboration platforms.
- Prior experience in managing distributed or cross-functional teams is preferred.
