Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru for an AI Software Development Engineer III (SDE3). The AI SDE3 will design, develop, and optimize high-performance back-end solutions, contribute to software architectures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative AI-driven products. You will take ownership of technical challenges, lead projects to completion, and mentor junior developers while adhering to the best practices in software development.
Qualifications
- Strong backend and system design fundamentals
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Go, and/or Python
- Strong foundation in Computer Science concepts, including algorithms, data structures, and system design
- Experience in Back-End Web Development and Software Development of scalable systems
- Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills with a passion for innovation
- Effective collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred)
- Experience with AI, Machine Learning, or Distributed Systems is an added advantage
