🚀 We’re Hiring: AI Scientist (Budgeting & Predictive Analytics)
Location: Mumbai
We are looking for an exceptional AI Scientist (PhD in AI/Mathematics) to design and develop an AI-powered budgeting and forecasting engine that can deliver accurate predictions with minimal data inputs. This role goes beyond a single product: you will act as the AI brain of the organization, shaping and scaling AI solutions across multiple business platforms.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
1. AI Engine Development
a. Research and implement advanced algorithms for budget forecasting, resource prediction, and financial trend modeling.
b. Build models that can generate insights from structured and unstructured datasets, enabling predictive accuracy and automation.
c. Create optimization frameworks to minimize risks such as cost overruns, inefficiencies, or process delays.
2. Integration & Productization
a. Work closely with engineering teams to embed AI into real-time applications.
b. Develop scalable APIs and services that integrate seamlessly with existing enterprise tools and external systems.
3. Research & Innovation
a. Stay at the forefront of AI/ML advancements in predictive analytics and automation.
b. Explore applications of generative AI and large language models for insights, automated reporting, and decision support.
c. Propose and lead new AI-driven initiatives to expand product capabilities and business impact.
🎓 Qualifications
1. PhD/Master's in Artificial Intelligence/Mathematics.
2. Strong expertise in machine learning, optimization, and predictive modeling.
3. Proven track record in building AI solutions for:
a. Budgeting and forecasting
b. Resource planning and optimization
c. Time-series modeling and prediction
4. Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn, SQL.
5. Experience handling large-scale datasets, API integrations, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
6. Research publications or patents in AI/ML are a plus.
💡 Preferred Skills
1. Experience with financial systems, ERP, or analytics platforms
2. Knowledge of NLP or generative AI for reporting/decision support
3. Strong productization mindset — from research to production
4. Entrepreneurial drive to define long-term AI strategy
