Role Description The AI & Robotics Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna. The trainer will design and deliver curriculum-focused sessions on AI, robotics, and related technologies for school students and educators. Daily responsibilities include conducting hands-on lab activities, guiding learners in project-based work, and supporting practical implementation of coding and robotics concepts. The role involves maintaining and overseeing robotics equipment, ensuring safe operation in the lab, and troubleshooting hardware or software issues as they arise. The trainer will also collaborate with school staff to align training programs with academic goals, provide feedback on learner progress, and contribute to continuous improvement of training content and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Robotics and working with Robot systems in educational or industrial settings.
- Candidates should possess skills in Robotic Welding and related robotic application processes.
- Relevant experience in AI, coding, or STEM education, preferably in school or training environments.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to learners of varying skill levels.
- Ability to manage classroom and lab environments, ensuring safety, engagement, and inclusive participation.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Robotics, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with project-based learning, mentoring student projects, and coordinating with school administration is an advantage.
