Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and tech-savvy individual who can research and extract information from various online sources, use AI tools efficiently, and support our business development activities. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and be comfortable working with automation tools, data extraction, and client outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research and extract business information from platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, company websites, and other directories
• Build and maintain lead databases including company name, contact person, email, phone number, and website
• Use AI tools to assist with research, automation, and content creation
• Prepare professional documents, presentations, and reports using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Conduct research on new tools, software, and automation methods to improve efficiency
• Assist in client outreach through emails, LinkedIn messages, and other communication channels
• Schedule meetings and support communication with potential clients
• Organize and maintain accurate data records
Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and online research techniques
• Experience with AI tools and automation software
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Ability to analyze and organize large amounts of data
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with lead generation or data scraping tools
• Knowledge of Chrome extensions used for research and email extraction
