Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly curious and execution-driven AI Innovation & Prototyping Executive to work directly under the CEO and help build Antraweb’s AI capability layer.
This is not a routine development role. The focus is on exploring emerging AI technologies, building rapid prototypes, identifying practical business use cases, and helping the organization stay ahead in applied AI adoption.
The selected candidate will function as an internal AI Lab, experimenting, building proof-of-concepts, and converting ideas into structured implementation opportunities.
Key Responsibilities· Evaluate new AI models and tools regularly.
· Compare OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source LLMs, and emerging AI frameworks.
· Study AI agent frameworks and automation platforms.
· Build small functional POCs using APIs.
· Develop AI-based internal tools such as HR bot, ticket summarizer, meeting summarizer, and knowledge retrieval systems.
· Work with embeddings and vector databases.
· Identify high-impact AI use cases across Support, Sales, Cloud, Customization, and HR.
· Estimate ROI and feasibility of AI initiatives.
· Maintain AI experiment logs and documentation.
· Present quarterly AI roadmap updates.
· Coordinate with R&D, Cloud, Support, and Sales teams for implementation handover.
What This Role Is NOT· Not a routine developer role.
· Not a ticket-resolution or support role.
· Not production maintenance work.
· Not academic research without measurable output.
Eligibility & Skills RequiredEducational Background:
B.E./B.Tech (Computer/IT/AI/CS) or equivalent. Freshers with strong AI exposure are welcome.
Technical Skills:
· Understanding of APIs.
· Basic knowledge of Python or .NET.
· Familiarity with LLMs and prompt engineering.
· Understanding of embeddings and vector databases.
· Awareness of RAG concepts.
· Basic cloud knowledge preferred.
Behavioural Traits:

· Clear written communication skills.
· Documentation-oriented mindset.
· Comfortable working directly with leadership.
Performance Metrics (KPIs)Monthly:
· Evaluate 3–4 new AI tools/models.
· Deliver 2 working POCs.
· Maintain complete documentation of experiments.
Quarterly:
· Deploy at least 1 internal AI automation.
· Present structured AI innovation roadmap.
