Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and implement advanced AI/ML solutions for complex business problems across industries.
- Develop and optimize Machine Learning and Deep Learning models using TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.
- Build scalable data pipelines and ML workflows using Python, Spark, and PySpark.
- Deploy, monitor, and manage models on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) including Vertex AI and BigQuery.
- Convert prototypes into scalable, production-ready AI solutions.
- Implement MLOps practices including CI/CD pipelines for model deployment and lifecycle management.
- Utilize containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Apply advanced statistical analysis, NLP, and text mining techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business objectives.
- Drive innovation and research in Generative AI and emerging technologies.
Experience Required:
- 10 - 16 years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or related domains.
- Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI.
- Hands-on experience with Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ML services like Vertex AI.
- Strong experience in building and deploying scalable ML pipelines.
- Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, and model lifecycle management.
- Experience with big data tools like Spark/PySpark.
- Strong leadership, architecture design, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
