About the role:
We are looking for a curious and driven individual who is passionate about exploring the world of Artificial
Intelligence and using it to create real-world outputs.
This is not a typical job — this role is for someone who loves experimenting with AI tools, testing new ideas,
and turning them into content, automations, and business solutions.
If you spend time exploring AI tools, watching AI content, or trying new tech for fun — this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Research and explore new AI tools across content, design, video, automation, and marketing
• Create AI-generated content (especially short-form videos, reels, and visual content)
• Experiment with prompts and workflows to improve output quality
• Assist in building AI-based systems for internal operations (content, marketing, automation)
• Replicate and innovate on trending AI content formats
• Support daily operational tasks using AI tools to improve efficiency
• Document findings, workflows, and useful tools for team use
What We’re Looking For
• A highly curious mindset — someone who loves exploring and learning
• Basic understanding or exposure to AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway ML, Pika Labs, etc.)
• Interest in content creation, especially AI-generated videos
• Ability to learn fast and test multiple ideas independently
• Basic communication and documentation skills
• Freshers, college students, or recent graduates are highly encouraged
Bonus (Not Mandatory)
• Experience in video editing, reels, or content creation
• Understanding of social media trends
• Experience with automation tools or prompt engineering
• Interest in startups, marketing, or digital business
Probation & Growth
• Initial 3-month probation period
• Performance-based continuation into a long-term role
• Opportunity to grow into AI Specialist / Automation Lead / Creative Strategist
