About the Role
As an AI Research Associate, you will research, create, and ship high-quality content at speed using the latest AI technologies. You’ll work with frontier AI models daily to research, automate, and produce content in English (and Malayalam where needed).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct fast, accurate research — find, verify, and structure information into clean briefs.
- Master the Claude Stack (Opus 4.7, Claude Code, Claude Cowork) and build agentic workflows.
- Track, test, and integrate new AI tools — heavy use of GitHub, Python, n8n, and automation.
- Create and iterate AI videos using Higgsfield + supporting tools (RunwayML, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, etc.).
- Support the content pipeline — scriptwriting, editorial, and multi-format production.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Engineering degree (passed out in the last 12 months)
- Strong hands-on experience with Claude (Opus/Code/Cowork)
- Have actually generated AI videos using Higgsfield (not just watched tutorials)
- Comfortable with GitHub — pulling repos, integrating tools, and building automations
- Excellent written English (Malayalam is a big plus)
Good to Have
- Background in humanities, journalism, law, or social sciences
- Experience with podcasts or documentary-style content
- Familiarity with UPSC/KAS content
- Built and shipped no-code tools
- Strong opinions on which AI models excel at what
