We're building AI-powered hiring and training systems for large enterprises. Early team — need people who can own things end-to-end.
You need to understand talent acquisition and recruitment deeply. You'll help companies speed up their hiring process by creating AI-based interviews, assessments, and workflows.
You'll be the bridge between our AI platform and enterprise HR teams — onboarding clients, configuring assessments, and making sure recruiters actually love using the product.
What You'll Do
- Work directly with enterprise HR and TA teams to understand their hiring challenges
- Design and configure AI-based interview workflows, assessments, and evaluation rubrics
- Onboard new clients and ensure successful implementation
- Gather feedback and work with the product team to improve the platform
- Build processes that scale — documentation, playbooks, best practices
What We're Looking For
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Prior HR-tech or TA experience required
- AI-first mindset — you already use Claude/ChatGPT daily and can't imagine working without it
- High ownership — you don't wait to be told what to do
- Comfortable with ambiguity — things move fast
- Excellent communication skills — you'll be client-facing
