Role Description
This is a full-time role for an AI Quality Engineer, located in Gurugram with some work-from-home flexibility. As an AI Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that outputs generated by our AI systems meet the quality standards required for client delivery.
You will work closely with AI Engineers, Product Managers and clients to review AI-generated outputs, validate results, and ensure they align with the intended business problem. The role also involves operating the AI tools and workflows developed by the engineering team to generate outputs for client requirements and new leads.
This role is not focused on building AI models. The primary responsibility is to ensure that AI-generated outputs are reliable, accurate, and ready for client use, while helping coordinate requirements and delivery with clients.

Qualifications

• Ability to use internal AI tools and workflows to generate outputs for client needs and new opportunities.
• Data-driven problem-solving approach and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative team player able to work closely with engineering and client-facing teams.
• Basic familiarity with tools such as SQL & Python is helpful but not mandatory.
• Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs) or AI tools is a plus.
