Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented AI Quality Assurance Test Engineer to join our team full-time. In this on-site role, based in Bengaluru South, you will design and execute comprehensive test plans for AI-powered applications, ensure system performance meets quality standards, and identify and troubleshoot issues. Collaborating closely with our development team, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing product quality through various testing techniques, automated tools, and processes. This position requires a strong ability to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment while delivering results with precision.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in quality assurance fundamentals, test case creation, and executing manual and automated testing.
- Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar tools.
- Understanding of AI/ML systems and exposure to testing models for accuracy, performance, and reliability.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript is a plus.
- Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and version control systems like Git.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, combined with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and document test cases and findings clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience in software debugging and reporting test outcomes, with a focus on AI-driven software, is an advantage.
