Role: AI & Python Trainer | Contract | On-site
We are seeking a passionate AI & Python Trainer to design and deliver high-quality training programs across colleges in Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, a learner-first mindset, and the ability to make complex topics simple and engaging.
Responsibilities :
- Design and deliver AI and Python training sessions tailored to various skill levels
- Prepare teaching materials, assessments, and hands-on exercises
- Conduct live training, mentor learners, and evaluate their progress
- Provide real-world project assistance and practical demonstrations
- Stay current with AI/ML and Python advancements and integrate them into content
Educational Requirement :
- Master's degree (M.E / M.Tech / MBA / M.Com / MS / PG Diploma) with 2+ years of experience
- OR Bachelor's degree (B.E / B.Tech) with 5+ years of relevant technical experience
Qualifications :
- Strong expertise in Python (NumPy, pandas, TensorFlow) and AI/ML frameworks
- Experience in curriculum development and technical training delivery
- Ability to simplify complex topics using practical, real-world examples
- Ability to conduct assessments via HackerRank or other LMS platforms
- Strong communication, mentorship, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in both Tamil and English
- Experience with PostgreSQL or database systems is an advantage
- AI/ML or Python certifications are a plus
Others :
- Proficiency in Tamil and English
- Willingness to travel/relocate across Tamil Nadu
- Teaching experience is a plus
