Job Description:
We’re looking for an experienced and driven AI Project Manager to join our ambitious team at QBS. In this role, you will lead end-to-end delivery of AI projects for large Ed tech, BFSI, and Fintech clients. This includes client coordination, managing cross-functional teams (Sales, Engineering, Product), and driving projects from Proof of Concept to production.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and communicate comprehensive project plans aligned with client goals and QBS AI's standards.
Track project tasks diligently, assign responsibilities, and ensure transparent communication with all stakeholders.
Manage project timelines and hold internal and external teams accountable for deliverables.
Monitor deliverable quality and enforce adherence to our standard processes.
Effectively prioritise tasks and manage evolving priorities to meet project objectives.
Maintain up-to-date project status reports to drive clarity and transparency across all milestones.
Requirements:
3–8 years of experience in project or program management
Experience working in B2B SaaS, AI, or Edtech environments
Strong ownership mindset and ability to handle complex client implementations
Excellent communication and execution skills.
Structured thinking and attention to detail
Comfort working with multiple teams and tracking execution
Curious to learn AI workflows, prompts, and client delivery
