We are looking for an AI Project Lead who can bridge Supply Chain domain expertise, ERP systems, and Agentic AI development, while also supporting pre-sales and business development initiatives.
This role will lead the design and delivery of Supply Chain-focused AI agents on AWS infrastructure.
Required Experience & Skills
Domain Expertise (Must-Have)
- Strong Supply Chain domain knowledge
- Procurement
- BOM management
- SKU optimization
- Vendor evaluation
- Pricing & margin optimization
- Experience working with:
- SAP (preferred) or other major ERP systems (Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
Technical & AI Expertise
- Experience leading AI/ML-based projects
- Strong understanding of:
SDLC for AI systems
- Model lifecycle management
- Data pipelines
- Experience developing or architecting:
Agentic AI systems
- Multi-agent orchestration
- Experience with:
- Pydantic (preferred) or similar structured AI frameworks
- AWS ecosystem (Bedrock, Lambda, App Runner, Step Functions, S3, etc.)
Project & Process Management
- Strong experience in:
- SCRUM / Agile methodologies
- Sprint planning & backlog grooming
- Cross-functional team coordination
- Ability to translate:
- Business requirements → Technical implementation plans
Business & Client-Facing Skills
- Participate in Pre-Sales calls
- Support solution design discussions
- Help define scope, architecture, and feasibility
- Work closely with Business Development team
- Ability to explain AI architecture to non-technical stakeholders
Key Responsibilities
Lead development of Supply Chain Agentic AI platform
Architect multi-agent flows:
- CAD → BOM extraction
- SKU cross-reference
- Adaptive pricing engine
- Ensure ERP integration compatibility
- Oversee AWS deployment architecture
- Define AI system SDLC standards
- Support sales team in technical pre-sales
- Guide product roadmap with domain insight
Success Metrics (KPIs)
- Successful delivery of MVP agent modules
- ERP integration readiness
- Reduction in manual SKU processing time
- Improved gross margin via adaptive pricing
- Successful support in closing enterprise deals
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B supply chain software
- Exposure to pricing intelligence systems
- Experience working with global vendors / sourcing teams
