Role Description
This is a freelancer, on-site production-level freelancer role based out of Hyderabad. Responsibilities include managing production planning and overseeing production management tasks to ensure project objectives and deadlines are met efficiently. Additional tasks include monitoring quality control practices to maintain high standards, facilitating communication between teams, and implementing training programs to improve team performance and productivity.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Production Planning and Production Management to optimize workflows and meet deadlines effectively
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate with teams and ensure clear, concise information exchanges
- Experience in Quality Control to maintain and uphold product and service standards
- Skills in Training team members and improving their competencies for efficient operations
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and troubleshoot under tight schedules
- Experience in AI-driven digital production workflows is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
