Role Overview
The Lead Product Manager plays a crucial role in steering the direction, coordination, implementation, execution, and completion of key OWG Tech initiatives. This role ensures alignment with the company’s overall strategy, commitments, and goals.
You will lead one or more AI delivery pods, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver AI-enabled solutions for business stakeholders. The role follows best practices, standards, and guidelines in both product and project management.
Shift Hours - 1:00 PM IST to 10:00 PM IST
Compensation: INR 32–33 LPA, depending on experience and role fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and execute AI-enabled OWG Tech initiatives aligned with organizational strategy.
- Lead AI delivery pods, coordinating engineering, QA, architecture, and UX teams to meet delivery objectives.
- Develop comprehensive project plans including objectives, deliverables, milestones, and communication strategies.
- Manage project resources and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
- Collaborate with AI leaders, including Engineering Managers and AI Solutions Architects, to define roles and expectations.
- Identify, track, and mitigate risks within AI-enabled initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
- Maintain detailed project and delivery documentation.
- Report project health and status using established tools and systems.
- Conduct project closure meetings and prepare reports outlining outcomes and improvement areas.
- Ensure initiatives progress from proof-of-concept to production-ready solutions in line with enterprise standards.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep understanding of project management methodologies, frameworks, and technology delivery processes.
- Solid technical background with experience in product ownership and managing cloud-based or data-driven initiatives.
- Working knowledge of AI concepts and capabilities (hands-on experience preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience in budgeting, invoicing, and financial management of projects.
- Highly organized with strong planning and customer-focused mindset.
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and facilitate meetings and presentations.
- 10+ years of experience in product management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or equivalent experience.
- Scrum Master certification is required.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Experience delivering AI-enabled or advanced analytics initiatives.
- Ability to manage full lifecycle delivery from initiation to closure.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills across multiple workstreams.
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams in fast-paced environments.
