About the Role:
As a Product Manager at Xhipment, your mission will be to embed yourself deeply within our existing systems, processes, and cross-functional teams to identify the 'friction points' that slow us down.
You will be responsible for designing and deploying AI-centered solutions that transform how global logistics is executed. Your primary goal is to identify the most manual, repetitive, and error-prone tasks across the organization and figure out how to automate them using AI agents, LLMs, and intelligent tooling. This is a high-impact role for a builder who wants to redefine the 'human-in-the-loop' model in supply chain technology.
Responsibilities:
- Process Mining & Problem Discovery: Embed with operations, finance, and customer teams to map out end-to-end workflows and identify hidden manual bottlenecks
- Problem Transformation: Translate messy, real-world operational challenges into structured technical requirements for AI-driven automation
- AI Product Development: Lead the development of AI-centred products, focusing on agentic workflows and automated decision-making tools
- Automation Strategy: Own the 'Automation Roadmap,' prioritizing use cases based on ROI, hours saved, and error reduction
- Stakeholder Adoption: Work with internal teams to ensure the seamless adoption of new AI tools, providing training and gathering feedback
- Metrics & Efficiency: Track performance through data, specifically focusing on reduction in manual
What are we looking for?
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in product management, operations, engineering, or consulting
- Hands-on AI proficiency: Practical understanding of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and AI agents (experience with LangChain or similar is a plus)
- Technical Skills: SQL and data analytics skills are required. Proficiency with automation tools or Python scripting is a bonus.
- Systems Thinking: Ability to break down complex business processes into logical data flows and actionable steps
- Change Management: Strong communication skills to lead internal teams through process changes and AI adoption
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
