A DAY IN A LIFE
At Teleport, we're building toward IPO — and that means doing the boring things well. Execution, discipline, and follow-through matter as much as big ideas.
Your day will be varied, often crossing functions, but most of your time will focus on delivering results, owning your scope end-to-end, making fast, data-informed decisions, and following through on fundamentals like reporting, documentation, and processes.
How we work matters as much as what we achieve. Doing the basics right, every time, sets us up for success.
Most of your time will be spent driving impact through:
AI Strategy & Architecture: Defining and scaling our AI product vision. You will design scalable architectures and evaluate the best frameworks (LLMs, RAG, agentic systems) for high-impact opportunities across operations and customer workflows.
System Design & Productization: Translating ambiguous business problems into deployable AI systems. You will work closely with engineering to guide orchestration flows, evaluation pipelines, and UX, driving systems from PoCs to production-grade deployments.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Acting as the highly technical bridge between Business, Data, and AI Engineering. You will push teams toward production rigor, ensure measurable ROI on AI investments, and standardize reusable AI capabilities across the organization.
Requirements
These are minimum-requirement skills and a ‘must-have' for the role:
3-5+ years of experience across Product, AI/ML, or Technical Product roles, with a proven track record of building and scaling production-grade enterprise AI products.
Deep technical expertise in modern AI systems, including LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, embeddings, prompt engineering, AI orchestration, memory systems, and evaluation frameworks. (Experience with the Google AI ecosystem like Vertex AI, Gemini, and GCP is strongly preferred).
Hands-on architectural capability, meaning you can independently prototype workflows, whiteboard end-to-end AI architectures, challenge engineering decisions, and evaluate new AI tooling rather than functioning as a purely stakeholder-driven PM.
