Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an AI Product Manager based in Gurugram/Bengaluru. The AI Product Manager will be responsible for leading the development and management of AI-driven products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product strategy and roadmaps. The role involves gathering and analyzing user requirements, working with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery, and optimizing product performance post-launch. Additionally, the AI Product Manager will oversee design and user experience, identify innovative solutions, and ensure alignment with CredResolve's mission to enhance the lending ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Experience in Product Management, including defining product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and driving product development.
- Understanding of AI technologies, machine learning concepts, and their application in solving business challenges.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with the ability to translate technical concepts into user-centered solutions.
- Proficiency in Agile or Scrum methodologies for managing product lifecycle and collaborating with technical teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
- Experience in the financial or lending industry is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
