AI Product Lead
Location: Baner, Pune
Type: Full-time, In Office
Reports to: Neelesh Chopda, Founder & Architect
About the Role
We are looking for an AI Product Engineer to build custom AI-powered software for a technology-forward architecture practice.
This is a hands-on, end-to-end product engineering role. You will work directly with the founder and architecture team to identify problems, design solutions, and build software that fundamentally improves how the practice operates.
You will go beyond using existing AI tools. You will build complete AI products, platforms, agents, and internal systems and take them from concept to production.
Architecture experience is not required. Technical depth, product thinking, and a strong builder mindset are.
What You'll Build
Custom AI-powered software and platforms for architecture workflows
AI agents capable of reasoning, accessing data, using tools, and taking actions
Internal AI assistants, knowledge systems, and project intelligence platforms
Document intelligence, research, reporting, and workflow automation systems
Custom productivity tools built around the team's unique workflows
Reusable AI infrastructure, tools, connectors, and internal services
What You'll Own
Build complete systems across the AI + software stack, including:
LLMs, AI agents, agentic workflows, RAG, embeddings, tool/function calling, structured outputs and multimodal AI
Frontend and backend applications
APIs, databases, data pipelines and cloud services
MCP servers, MCP tools, custom connectors and integrations
REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, authentication and permissions
Real-time data flows between AI systems, databases and external applications
Workflow orchestration, background processes, logging, monitoring and error handling
You should be able to take a system from:
Problem → Architecture → Build → Integration → Deployment → Real-world usage → Iteration
The goal is production-ready software, not isolated prototypes.
Work With the Architecture Team
Spend time with architects and designers to understand how they actually work.
Identify repetitive processes, information gaps, manual workflows, coordination overhead, and opportunities where technology can create significant leverage.
Translate those problems into products people actually use.
You don't need to know architecture today. You need to be curious enough to understand the workflow and technical enough to build around it.
Enable the Team
Help the organisation become AI-native by:
Training teams on the products and workflows you build
Running practical AI workshops
Creating documentation and reusable workflows
Helping employees adopt AI effectively
Gathering feedback and continuously improving the products
What We're Looking For
A builder, problem solver, and systems thinker who is:
Highly hands-on with modern AI
Comfortable with ambiguity and end-to-end ownership
Strong across AI and software engineering
Curious and fast at learning new technologies
Comfortable building from scratch
Able to explain complex technology simply
Technical Experience
Strong experience in several of:
AI: OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, LLM APIs, agents, RAG, embeddings, tool calling, multimodal AI
Engineering: Python and/or TypeScript/JavaScript, React, backend development, SQL/databases, Git, cloud deployment
AI Infrastructure: MCP, APIs, webhooks, OAuth, agent frameworks, workflow orchestration, n8n, Make, or similar tools
You don't need every technology listed. We care about what you've built, your technical fundamentals, and your ability to learn.
Show us what you've built:
AI applications, agents, SaaS products, internal platforms, automation systems, open-source projects, or serious side projects.
The Vision
Build an architecture practice where AI isn't just a tool supporting the work, it's part of the technology layer that expands what the team is capable of doing.
