Role Description This is a full-time, on-site AI Product Intern role based in Delhi, India. The intern will support product specialists and cross-functional teams in designing, refining, and documenting AI-driven products and solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting market and user research, analyzing product performance data, and preparing reports and presentations to inform product decisions. The role involves assisting with customer interactions to gather feedback, supporting sales and customer service teams with product knowledge, and contributing to product demos and training materials. The intern will collaborate closely with product, technical, and business stakeholders to ensure AI solutions are aligned with customer needs and deliver tangible value.
Qualifications
- Product-focused skills: Experience or strong interest in product specialist work, including understanding product features, user needs, and the AI solution lifecycle.
- Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and translate insights into product recommendations or improvements.
- Communication skills: Clear written and verbal communication for collaborating with teams, documenting product requirements, and presenting findings.
- Customer-facing skills: Customer service orientation and the ability to engage with users or clients to gather feedback and support product adoption.
- Commercial awareness: Basic understanding of sales processes and how AI products create business value, with willingness to support sales enablement activities.
- Relevant background: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in engineering, computer science, business, data analytics, or a related field.
- Technical familiarity: Interest in AI, automation, and analytics; exposure to basic data tools or AI concepts is an advantage.
- Work style: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
