Role Description
This is a full-time remote internship opportunity for an AI Product Intern. The intern will support product development efforts, conduct market and user research, analyze product performance metrics, and contribute to feature design and improvements. Additional responsibilities include providing product demonstrations, assisting customer service teams with technical insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align product goals with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Product Management and experience collaborating with Product Specialists
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess product performance and identify growth opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills to convey product insights and updates effectively
- Customer Service expertise to understand and address user needs and support client success
- Basic understanding of Sales processes and ability to assist with related activities
- Proactive approach to learning and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field is preferred
