VibeLevel.ai is an AI-native technical assessment platform redefining how engineering talent is evaluated. We help companies assess candidates' ability to collaborate with AI — a critical skill in the modern workplace. We're an early-stage founding team building a global product from Hyderabad. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞
We're looking for a GTM & Product Growth Intern who's hungry to learn how early-stage startups acquire customers and scale products. You'll wear multiple hats — running outbound campaigns, booking demos, creating content, testing features, and building community. You'll work directly with the founding team, use AI tools daily (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity), and see your work directly impact revenue and user growth. 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
GTM & Sales (50%)
- LinkedIn Outreach — Run daily outreach campaigns targeting hiring managers, founders, and tech recruiters; personalize messages, track response rates, and iterate on what converts
- Demo Coordination — Book and coordinate product demos with prospects; manage scheduling, follow-ups, and post-demo communication
- Lead Generation — Research target accounts (startups, IT staffing companies), build prospect lists, and execute multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, email, communities)
- Conversion Tracking — Monitor metrics (outreach sent, response rate, demos booked, signups) and optimize the funnel week-over-week
Product & Growth (50%)
- Product Testing — Test new features across the platform, document bugs and edge cases, and coordinate release communications
- Content Creation — Write posts, threads, and articles for Twitter/X and LinkedIn that resonate with developers, PMs, and hiring managers
- Community Building — Plan and execute online events (workshops, demo sessions, challenges) to build awareness and engagement
- User Research — Conduct interviews with candidates and employers to understand pain points, gather feedback, and validate product ideas
- Growth Experiments — Design and run scrappy tests (landing pages, referral programs, partnerships) and track what works
You'll use AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) as core tools for research, writing, outreach personalization, and data analysis — not as shortcuts, but as thought partners.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
𝑹𝒆𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒅
- Education — Recent graduate (2025/2026 batch) or up to 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, product, or growth roles
- Degree — Any discipline (MBA, BBA, B.Tech, or related fields)
- Communication Skills — Exceptional written and verbal communication; comfortable with cold outreach and talking to prospects
- Sales Mindset — Not afraid of rejection; resilient, persistent, and goal-oriented
- Resourcefulness — You know how to find answers independently using research, AI tools, and experimentation
- AI Fluency — Comfortable using ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or similar tools for research, outreach personalization, and content creation (we'll evaluate this in your assessment!)
- Self-Driven — You don't need hand-holding; you own outcomes, iterate based on data, and hit targets consistently
- LinkedIn Proficiency — Active LinkedIn user; comfortable navigating Sales Navigator (or willing to learn quickly)
𝑵𝒊𝒄𝒆 𝒕𝒐 𝑯𝒂𝒗𝒆
- Prior internship or project experience in sales development, growth marketing, or product marketing
- Familiarity with the developer tools space or B2B SaaS
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.)
- Understanding of EdTech, HRTech, or recruiting/staffing domains
- Active in tech communities (Twitter/X, Reddit, Discord) or have built a personal brand online
