Castler is seeking a world-class AI Product Engineer to join the Founder’s Office and lead the charge in redefining digital trust. We aren't just automating workflows; we are the first company globally to launch Agentic Verification of Source Code, a breakthrough that is transforming the $20B+ software escrow industry.
In this role, you will strategize and execute AI-driven projects for internal optimization and external enterprise solutions. You will be the architect behind our cloud-native software escrow platform, building the intelligent systems that autonomously verify, secure, and manage mission-critical code for global enterprises.

Core Responsibilities
- AI Strategy: Translate the founder's vision into technical roadmaps for agentic AI and automated escrow banking.
- Product Execution: Build and deploy cloud-native AI models that handle complex software escrow logic and source code analysis.
- Stakeholder Management: Align AI capabilities with the needs of global enterprise customers and internal banking partners.
