About the Role
We are looking for an AI Product Engineer to own and improve our Dealer Finance product.
You will work closely with business, operations, risk, and customers to identify problems, build solutions, and deliver measurable business impact. You will be responsible for both product thinking and technical execution.
What You'll Do
🔹 Own Dealer Finance features from idea to production.
🔹 Work directly with users and internal teams to understand problems and improve workflows.
🔹 Design, build, and maintain product features and integrations.
🔹 Analyze data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
🔹 Collaborate with product, operations, risk, and engineering teams.
🔹 Monitor product performance and continuously optimize user experience and business outcomes.
What You Bring
✅ 3+ years of software engineering experience.
✅ Strong experience with Python and modern web technologies.
✅ Experience building APIs and integrations.
✅ Experience working with SQL and data analysis.
✅ Experience building applications using Claude code / Lovable/ Codex / Cursor.
✅ Strong problem-solving skills and product mindset.
✅ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
Nice to Have:
⭐ Experience in fintech, lending, or payments.
⭐ Experience with AWS, BigQuery, and workflow automation tools.
⭐ Experience building internal tools and operational systems.
