Job Title: AI Product DesignerRole OverviewWe are looking for a creative and analytical AI Product Designer to design intuitive, user-centered experiences powered by artificial intelligence. You will work at the intersection of design, data, and machine learning to create products that are intelligent, ethical, and easy to use.
Key Responsibilities- Design end-to-end user experiences for AI-powered products (web, mobile, conversational interfaces)
- Translate complex AI/ML concepts into simple, user-friendly interfaces
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to define product features
- Design flows for AI interactions such as recommendations, predictions, and automation
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Conduct user research and usability testing, especially around AI behaviors and trust
- Define UX patterns for explainability, transparency, and user control in AI systems
- Continuously improve product experiences using data, feedback, and experimentation
- Ensure ethical design practices (bias mitigation, fairness, privacy)
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in product/UX/UI design
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and problem-solving
- Experience designing AI/ML-driven products or data-heavy applications
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.)
- Understanding of AI concepts (e.g., machine learning, NLP, recommendation systems)
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical teams
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with conversational design (chatbots, voice assistants)
- Familiarity with tools like Python, SQL, or data visualization tools
- Knowledge of ethical AI and responsible design frameworks
- Experience working in agile product environment
