The Role
We’re looking for someone who enjoys figuring things out, improving systems, and
building solutions that people actually use.
This role sits between product, operations, design, and engineering. You’ll help
identify what needs to be built, understand why it matters, and work closely with the
team to ship improvements quickly.
If you like solving messy real-world problems, talking to users, and turning ideas into
execution, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do: -
Own real problems end-to-end from identifying issues to shipping solutions
that actually work
Spend time with teams on-ground and guests to understand how products are
really being used (and where they break)
Help prioritize what gets built next based on impact and user pain points
Work closely with design + engineering to launch features and operational
improvements
Test workflows before launch and track whether changes improved the
experience
Help keep teams aligned during rollouts and updates
Jump into operational challenges when needed and help bring structure to
chaos
What We’re Looking For: -
Strong problem-solving mindset with a bias toward execution
Good design sensibility — you care about user experience and product details
Strong stakeholder communication across founders, engineers, ops teams,
and ground staff
Comfortable working in operational environments, not just behind a screen
Clear written communication — able to write docs/specs people can actually
execute on
Comfortable with data, metrics, and basic database/analytics understanding
AI-native mindset — comfortable using AI tools and workflows in day-to-day
work
Have used or built with agentic coding/build tools like Claude Code, Cursor,
Codex, Lovable, Bolt, Antigravity, etc.
Hands-on with tools like Notion, Figma, Sheets, and AI workflow tools
Builder mindset — you like shipping, testing, improving, and learning fast
Bonus Points If You Have:-
Prior product internship or hands-on product experience
Exposure to travel, hospitality, marketplace, or ops-heavy businesses
Experience working with AI-native analytics or workflow automation
Built side projects, internal tools, automations, or workflows on your own
