AI Product Associate - Founder’s Office
Location - Mumbai, Malad
What is this role about?
We’re looking for someone who’s interested in actually building things with AI, not just learning about it.
You’ll work directly with the Founder’s Office to identify what’s inefficient, what can be improved, and how AI can be used to solve real business problems.
This is not a passive role. You will build, ship, and see your work go live.
If you enjoy experimenting, figuring things out quickly, and working on real-world problems, this role will suit you.
What you’ll be doing
● Identify problems across operations, sales, finance, and product that can be improved using AI
● Build and deploy AI-powered tools such as automation workflows, chatbots, and internal tools
● Work with tech and business teams to ship solutions into production
● Translate unstructured problems into clear workflows, prompts, or systems
● Experiment with AI tools and APIs to find practical solutions
● Monitor performance of what you build and continuously improve it
● Document workflows and create reusable systems for the team
What we’re looking for
● 1-3 years of experience in AI, product, data, automation, or similar roles
● B Tech Graduate
● You have built something — a project, tool, internship work, or automation
● Comfortable working with data (Excel, SQL, or Python)
● Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
● Able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams
Good to have
● Experience with OpenAI, LLMs, or prompt engineering
● Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier or Make
● Basic understanding of APIs or backend logic
● Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
